وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُوَلِّي بَعۡضَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ بَعۡضَۢا بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ
129. Thus We make some of the wrongdoers allies of others because of what they used to commit [of evil deeds].
