ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمۡ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا غَٰفِلُونَ
131. This is because your Lord would never destroy towns unjustly until their people are forewarned [and told of the consequences of wrongdoing].
