أَفَأَمِنُواْ مَكۡرَ ٱللَّهِۚ فَلَا يَأۡمَنُ مَكۡرَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلۡقَوۡمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ

99. Do they then feel secure from God's plotting 20? So, none feels secure from God's plotting except the people (who) are the losers.

20. That is, His drawing them on by degrees, through graces, and then seizing them suddenly with His Mighty Power.
