كَلَّآۖ إِنَّا خَلَقۡنَٰهُم مِّمَّا يَعۡلَمُونَ
39. By no means. Surely, We created them of what they know [7].
[7]. I.e., an unworthy seminal fluid. Yet they are arrogant, neglectful of the Hereafter life.
