وَإِذَا مَآ أُنزِلَتۡ سُورَةٞ نَّظَرَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ إِلَىٰ بَعۡضٍ هَلۡ يَرَىٰكُم مِّنۡ أَحَدٖ ثُمَّ ٱنصَرَفُواْۚ صَرَفَ ٱللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُم بِأَنَّهُمۡ قَوۡمٞ لَّا يَفۡقَهُونَ
127. Whenever a chapter [of the Qur’an] is revealed, they glance at one another, [saying], “Does anyone see you?” Then they turn away. Allāh has turned their hearts away [from the truth], for they are a people who will not understand.
