مَا قَطَعۡتُم مِّن لِّينَةٍ أَوۡ تَرَكۡتُمُوهَا قَآئِمَةً عَلَىٰٓ أُصُولِهَا فَبِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيُخۡزِيَ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
5. Whatever palm-trees [3] you (believers) cut down or left standing on its roots, it is by Allah’s will, and that He may disgrace the rebellious.
[3]. Of the Jews of bani nadheer who are hostile to you.
