وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِمۡۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
3. And (he 'prophet Muhammad' is sent to) others of them [2], who have not yet joined them. He (Allāh) is the All-Mighty, All-Wise.
[2]. I.e., to all people from all times, races, and regions.
