وه‌رگێڕانی ماناكان سوره‌تی سورەتی الهمزة - وەرگێڕاوی ئینگلیزی - ناوەندی ڕواد بۆ وەرگێڕان - فرەفەرهەنگی قورئانی پیرۆز

Al-Humazah

ئایه‌تی: 1

وَيۡلٞ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٖ لُّمَزَةٍ

Woe to every backbiter and slanderer,

ئایه‌تی: 2

ٱلَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالٗا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ

who amasses wealth and counts it over and again^[1],

[1] Instead of spending in the way of Allah.

ئایه‌تی: 3

يَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥٓ أَخۡلَدَهُۥ

thinking that his wealth will make him live forever.

ئایه‌تی: 4

كَلَّاۖ لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِي ٱلۡحُطَمَةِ

No indeed! He will surely be cast into the Crushing Fire^[2],

[2] i.e., Hellfire, as it crushes and destroys all that is thrown in it.

ئایه‌تی: 5

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡحُطَمَةُ

and how do you know what the Crushing Fire is?

ئایه‌تی: 6

نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُوقَدَةُ

It is the kindled Fire of Allah,

ئایه‌تی: 7

ٱلَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةِ

which reaches the hearts^[3].

[3] Penetrating through bodies and reaching the hearts.

ئایه‌تی: 8

إِنَّهَا عَلَيۡهِم مُّؤۡصَدَةٞ

It will be closed down upon them,

ئایه‌تی: 9

فِي عَمَدٖ مُّمَدَّدَةِۭ

locked with towering columns^[4].

[4] i.e., columns of fire or columns of iron to which the inmates of Hell are chained.
