Al-Mulk

Aja (Korano eilutė): 1

تَبَٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ

1. Blessed is Allāh in Whose Hand is all the dominion, and He has full Power over all things.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 2

ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ لِيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ أَيُّكُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلٗاۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡغَفُورُ

2. He Who created death and life1 that He may test you and see which of you is best in deeds (conduct and manners). He is the All-Mighty, the All-Forgiving.

1. Allāh set before us the way of life and the way of death. Life and prosperity, death and adversity, blessing and cursing;
so choose the next life rather than this worldly life that you may have eternal life, you and your descendants. He who follows the Prophet Muhammad, God's last and final messenger, and believes in Allāh 'God' who sent him, will have eternal life, and will not perish. Know that this worldly life is nothing but diversion and play. But the Home of the Hereafter that is the Real Life.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 3

ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبۡعَ سَمَٰوَٰتٖ طِبَاقٗاۖ مَّا تَرَىٰ فِي خَلۡقِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مِن تَفَٰوُتٖۖ فَٱرۡجِعِ ٱلۡبَصَرَ هَلۡ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورٖ

3. It is He 'Allāh" Who created seven heavens, one above the other. You can see no inconsistency in the creation of the Most Compassionate 'Allāh'. So look again (to the heaven), can you see any flaws?

Aja (Korano eilutė): 4

ثُمَّ ٱرۡجِعِ ٱلۡبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيۡنِ يَنقَلِبۡ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡبَصَرُ خَاسِئٗا وَهُوَ حَسِيرٞ

4. Then look again and again - your sight will return to you humbled while it is weary.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 5

وَلَقَدۡ زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا بِمَصَٰبِيحَ وَجَعَلۡنَٰهَا رُجُومٗا لِّلشَّيَٰطِينِۖ وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا لَهُمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلسَّعِيرِ

5. We have adorned the lowest heaven (to the earth) with stars (as lamps), and have made them as missiles to stone the 'eavesdropping' devils. We have prepared for them the torment of the blazing Fire.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 6

وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمۡ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ

6. For those who deny their Lord 'Allāh', will have the torment of Gehinnom (Hell). What a terrible destination.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 7

إِذَآ أُلۡقُواْ فِيهَا سَمِعُواْ لَهَا شَهِيقٗا وَهِيَ تَفُورُ

7. When they are thrown into it, they will hear its roaring while it boils.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 8

تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ مِنَ ٱلۡغَيۡظِۖ كُلَّمَآ أُلۡقِيَ فِيهَا فَوۡجٞ سَأَلَهُمۡ خَزَنَتُهَآ أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ نَذِيرٞ

8. Almost bursting with fury. Whenever a group is thrown into it (the Hell), its keeper will ask them: "Did there not come to you a warner (a messenger from God)?"

Aja (Korano eilutė): 9

قَالُواْ بَلَىٰ قَدۡ جَآءَنَا نَذِيرٞ فَكَذَّبۡنَا وَقُلۡنَا مَا نَزَّلَ ٱللَّهُ مِن شَيۡءٍ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَٰلٖ كَبِيرٖ

9. They will say: "Yes, indeed there came to us a warner 'messenger', but we rejected (him) saying: "Allāh has not sent down any (revelation), you are only in a great error."

Aja (Korano eilutė): 10

وَقَالُواْ لَوۡ كُنَّا نَسۡمَعُ أَوۡ نَعۡقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِيٓ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ

10. They will also say: "If only we had listened (to God's Message) or reasoned (to find out its Truth), we would not have been among the people of the blazing Fire."

Aja (Korano eilutė): 11

فَٱعۡتَرَفُواْ بِذَنۢبِهِمۡ فَسُحۡقٗا لِّأَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ

11. Thus they will admit their sins. So away with the people of the blazing Fire.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 12

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةٞ وَأَجۡرٞ كَبِيرٞ

12. As for those who stand in awe (and reverence before) their Lord 'Allāh' in the unseen will have forgiveness and a great reward (of Paradise).

Aja (Korano eilutė): 13

وَأَسِرُّواْ قَوۡلَكُمۡ أَوِ ٱجۡهَرُواْ بِهِۦٓۖ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ

13. Whether you conceal your speech or reveal it; He "Allāh' has full Knowledge of what is in the chests (of mankind and jinn).

Aja (Korano eilutė): 14

أَلَا يَعۡلَمُ مَنۡ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ

14. Does He 'Allāh' Who created (every thing) not know all about them? While He is the Most Subtle, the All-Aware.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 15

هُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ ذَلُولٗا فَٱمۡشُواْ فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُواْ مِن رِّزۡقِهِۦۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ ٱلنُّشُورُ

15. It is He 'Allāh' Who made the earth tame for you, so walk in the paths thereof, and eat of His provision - to Him is the Resurrection.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 16

ءَأَمِنتُم مَّن فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ أَن يَخۡسِفَ بِكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُورُ

16. Do you feel secure that He 'Allāh', Who is above the heavens2, will not cause the earth to sink with you and suddenly it would sway (as in an earthquake)?

2. One of the companions of the Prophet said: "I had a slave-girl who tended sheep for me in the direction of Uhud and Al-Jawaaniyaah near Madinah city and I came one day and found that a wolf had taken one of the sheep, and I am a man from the children of Adam, I became angry as they do, but I hit her very hard. So I came to the Prophet peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him and he made me aware of the seriousness of that, so I said: O Messenger of God, shall I free her? He said: "Bring her." So I brought her and he said to her: "Where is Allāh 'God'?" She said: ‘Above the heavens.’ He asked: "Who am I?" She replied: ‘You are Muhammad, God's Messenger.’ The Prophet said: "Free her for she is a Believer.""

Aja (Korano eilutė): 17

أَمۡ أَمِنتُم مَّن فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ أَن يُرۡسِلَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ حَاصِبٗاۖ فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ كَيۡفَ نَذِيرِ

17. Or do you feel secure that (Allāh), Who is above the heavens, will not strike you with sandstorm? You will soon know how (serious) was My Warning.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 18

وَلَقَدۡ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ

18. Those before them rejected (the Truth), then how (terrible) was My reproach.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 19

أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ إِلَى ٱلطَّيۡرِ فَوۡقَهُمۡ صَٰٓفَّٰتٖ وَيَقۡبِضۡنَۚ مَا يُمۡسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءِۭ بَصِيرٌ

19. Do they not see the birds above them flapping (their wings) and stretching (them)? No one keeps them up in the sky except the Most Compassionate 'Allāh'. He is the All-Seer of everything.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 20

أَمَّنۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي هُوَ جُندٞ لَّكُمۡ يَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۚ إِنِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ إِلَّا فِي غُرُورٍ

20. Which is your army that will help you against the Most Compassionate 'Allāh'? The deniers are only in deception.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 21

أَمَّنۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي يَرۡزُقُكُمۡ إِنۡ أَمۡسَكَ رِزۡقَهُۥۚ بَل لَّجُّواْ فِي عُتُوّٖ وَنُفُورٍ

21. Or who is it that will provide for you if He 'Allāh' withhold His provision? Yet they persist in pride and flee (from the Truth).

Aja (Korano eilutė): 22

أَفَمَن يَمۡشِي مُكِبًّا عَلَىٰ وَجۡهِهِۦٓ أَهۡدَىٰٓ أَمَّن يَمۡشِي سَوِيًّا عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ

22. Is he who crawls facedown 'rightly' guided, or he who walks upright on a straight Path (i.e., the religion of Islam)?

Aja (Korano eilutė): 23

قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَكُمۡ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَ وَٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةَۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَشۡكُرُونَ

23. Say: "It is Allāh Who has brought you into being, and gave you hearing, sight and intellects - little it is that you give thanks."

Aja (Korano eilutė): 24

قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ

24. Say: "It is Allāh Who has multiplied you on earth, and to Him you will be (all) gathered (for Judgment)."

Aja (Korano eilutė): 25

وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلۡوَعۡدُ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

25. They say: "When will this Promise (the Day of Resurrection and Judgment) be (fulfilled) if you are truthful?"

Aja (Korano eilutė): 26

قُلۡ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡعِلۡمُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ

26. Say: "The Knowledge thereof is only with Allāh, and I am only a plain warner."

Aja (Korano eilutė): 27

فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡهُ زُلۡفَةٗ سِيٓـَٔتۡ وُجُوهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَقِيلَ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَدَّعُونَ

27. But when they see the torment approaching, the faces of those who deny (the Truth) will be stricken with grief, and they will be told: "This 'torment' is that which you used to call for."

Aja (Korano eilutė): 28

قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِنۡ أَهۡلَكَنِيَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَن مَّعِيَ أَوۡ رَحِمَنَا فَمَن يُجِيرُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ مِنۡ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٖ

28. Say 'Muhammad': "Have you considered: whether Allāh causes me and those with me to perish - or have Mercy on us - who will protect the deniers from a painful torment"

Aja (Korano eilutė): 29

قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ وَعَلَيۡهِ تَوَكَّلۡنَاۖ فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ مَنۡ هُوَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ

29. Say 'Muhammad': "He 'Allāh' is the Most Compassionate, we have believed in Him and on Him (alone) do we trust. You will soon know who is in clear error.

Aja (Korano eilutė): 30

قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِنۡ أَصۡبَحَ مَآؤُكُمۡ غَوۡرٗا فَمَن يَأۡتِيكُم بِمَآءٖ مَّعِينِۭ

30. Say: "Have you considered if your water were to sink 'into the earth', then who 'else' could bring you pure flowing water3?"

3. No one is able to do that other than Allāh.
