نَّحۡنُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يَسۡتَمِعُونَ بِهِۦٓ إِذۡ يَسۡتَمِعُونَ إِلَيۡكَ وَإِذۡ هُمۡ نَجۡوَىٰٓ إِذۡ يَقُولُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا رَجُلٗا مَّسۡحُورًا
47. We know best what they listen to it [23] when they listen to you, and when they are in private counsel, when the unjust say: "You follow none but a man bewitched."
[23]. The Qur’an, it means that their listening to the Qur’an is interceded with bad intention, to find fault, and is not purely meant to reach an understanding.
