فَبَدَّلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ قَوۡلًا غَيۡرَ ٱلَّذِي قِيلَ لَهُمۡ فَأَنزَلۡنَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رِجۡزٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفۡسُقُونَ
59. But the wrongdoers substituted a word
other than what had been said to them [23].
So We sent down upon those who were unjust a plague from the sky, because of their persistent disobedience.

[23]. To do and say, but they entered it dragging themselves on their rears, saying, ‘A grain in a hair, instead of 'relieve us of our burdens ’, mocking Allah’s command. So God punished them because of their disobedience to Him with a plague from the sky, by which seventy thousand of them died.
