كَذَٰلِكَ يَطۡبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ
59. Thus does Allāh set a seal on the hearts of those who do not know [19].
[19]. I.e., those who do not seek the truth of Islam; rather, reject it.
