وَإِنَّهُۥ فِيٓ أُمِّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَدَيۡنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ
4. And indeed, It is in the Mother (of) the Book [3] with Us, surely Exalted and full of Wisdom.
[3]. i.e., the Preserved Tablet.
