مَا يُبَدَّلُ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ لَدَيَّ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِظَلَّٰمٖ لِّلۡعَبِيدِ
29. My word 'decree' will not be changed [12], nor am I in the least unjust to 'My' slaves 'of mankind and jinn'.
[12]. I.e., the Decree to punish wicked humans and jinn.
