8.We have certainly sent you 'Muhammad'4 being a witness and a bearer of good news and a warner,
4. This Verse appears also in the Torah Isaiah 42:1 to 12, thus: "Verily We have sent you (Muhammad) as a witness, as a bringer of glad tidings and as a warner, and as a protector for the nations. You are my slave and My messenger, and I have named you Al-Mutawakkil (one who depends upon God). You are neither hard-hearted nor of fierce character, nor one who shouts in the markets. You do not return evil for evil, but excuse and forgive. Allāh (God) will not take you unto Him till He guides through you a crocked nation on the right path by causing them to say: "None has the right to be worshipped but Allāh." With such a statement He will cause to open blind eyes, deaf ears and hardened hearts."
Let us now quote the Verses describing the servant of God, the Prophet Muhammad, in Isaiah 42 : 1 to 12
The Servant of God, the Prophet Muhammad:
1. Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will bring justice to the nations.
2. He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets.
3. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.
In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;
4. He will not falter or be discouraged
till he establishes justice on earth. In his teaching the people will put their hope.”
5. This is what Allāh, the Lord says—
the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people and life to those who walk on it:
6. “I, Allāh, the Lord, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand.
I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles,
7. To open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.
8. “My glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images (idols)."
This means that the prophet Muhammad will fight the idols and idolaters.
9. See, the former things have taken place,
and new things I declare; before they spring into being. I announce them to you.”
10. Praise the Lord in a new recitation. "This is a new recitation, a new praise of God from the Qur’an."
11. Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up their voices. "This is in reference to where Muhammad is coming from: let the settlements where Kedar lives rejoice. (Who is Kedar)? The second son of Ishmael, the direct ancestor of Prophet Muhammad.
Let the people of Sela praise God for joy; (Where Sela is)? Medina—the city of the Prophet, where he is buried today. let them shout from the mountaintops.
12. He will stir up his zeal like a man of war. He will cry, yes, he will shout aloud."This refers to his declaration of war against God's enemies. And Prophet Muhammad fought wars against God's enemies— For Allāh only."
To make clear: Kedar → The lineage of Muhammad. Sela is Medina, where the Prophet Muhammad lived and is buried.
A new revelation (Qur’an). Praise from the top of the mountains. Pilgrimage and calling upon Allāh.
A new law, after the Law of Moses.
Fighting idol worshippers i.e., Muhammad’s mission to remove idolatry. Bringing people from darkness to light. A prophet for the Gentiles, for the whole world.
There is no one else qualifies for this description—only Muhammad. No human being on this planet qualifies for this description except Muhammad.
