وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ
18. He is the Subjugator over His slaves (of mankind and Jinn). He is the All-Wise, the All-Aware.
