وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ
18. He is the Subjugator over His servants [of mankind and jinn]. He is the All-Wise, the All-Aware.
