يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱسۡتَجِيبُواْ لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمۡ لِمَا يُحۡيِيكُمۡۖ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيۡنَ ٱلۡمَرۡءِ وَقَلۡبِهِۦ وَأَنَّهُۥٓ إِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ
24. O believers, respond to (the Call of) Allāh and His messenger (Muhammad) when he calls you to that which gives you life [9]. Know that Allāh intervenes between a person and (the desires of) his heart, and that to Him you shall be (all) gathered (for Judgment).
[9]. I.e., going for war against the forces of evil.
