وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِلَّا بِأَمۡرِ رَبِّكَۖ لَهُۥ مَا بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِينَا وَمَا خَلۡفَنَا وَمَا بَيۡنَ ذَٰلِكَۚ وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ نَسِيّٗا
64. And We (the angels) [13] do not descend except by the Command of your Lord (Allāh). To Him belongs all that is before us, behind us, and in between that. And your Lord is never forgetful.
[13]. In answer to the Prophet's wish that Gabriel would visit him frequently.
