د معناګانو ژباړه سورت مؤمنون - انګلیسي ژباړه - عبدالله حسن یعقوب - د مخ نمبر 344 - د قرآن کریم دائرة المعارف

آیت: 28

فَإِذَا ٱسۡتَوَيۡتَ أَنتَ وَمَن مَّعَكَ عَلَى ٱلۡفُلۡكِ فَقُلِ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي نَجَّىٰنَا مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

28. Then when you are firmly seated, you and those with you in the ark, say: "All Praise be to Allāh who delivered us from the unjust people."

آیت: 29

وَقُل رَّبِّ أَنزِلۡنِي مُنزَلٗا مُّبَارَكٗا وَأَنتَ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡمُنزِلِينَ

29. And say: "My Lord 'Allāh', let me land at a blessed landing place, for You are the Best accommodator."

آیت: 30

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ وَإِن كُنَّا لَمُبۡتَلِينَ

30. There are certainly signs in all this; and thus do We ever try 'people'.

آیت: 31

ثُمَّ أَنشَأۡنَا مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ قَرۡنًا ءَاخَرِينَ

31. Then We raised up after them another generation 'the people of ‘Aad'.

آیت: 32

فَأَرۡسَلۡنَا فِيهِمۡ رَسُولٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ أَنِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنۡ إِلَٰهٍ غَيۡرُهُۥٓۚ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

32. We sent to them a messenger 'Hud' from among them, saying: "Worship Allāh alone, you have no god 'worthy of worship' other than Him; will you not then fear Allāh and shun evil?"

آیت: 33

وَقَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِن قَوۡمِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بِلِقَآءِ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَأَتۡرَفۡنَٰهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا مَا هَٰذَآ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُكُمۡ يَأۡكُلُ مِمَّا تَأۡكُلُونَ مِنۡهُ وَيَشۡرَبُ مِمَّا تَشۡرَبُونَ

33. But the chiefs of his people who denied and disbelieved in the Meeting of the Hereafter, whom We had made prosperous in this worldly life, said: "This is only a mortal man like you, eating of what you eat from and drinking of what you drink.

آیت: 34

وَلَئِنۡ أَطَعۡتُم بَشَرٗا مِّثۡلَكُمۡ إِنَّكُمۡ إِذٗا لَّخَٰسِرُونَ

34. And If you 'ever' obey a mortal like you, then you are real losers;

آیت: 35

أَيَعِدُكُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ إِذَا مِتُّمۡ وَكُنتُمۡ تُرَابٗا وَعِظَٰمًا أَنَّكُم مُّخۡرَجُونَ

35. Does he promise you that when you are dead and become dust and bones that you shall then be brought forth 'alive'?

آیت: 36

۞ هَيۡهَاتَ هَيۡهَاتَ لِمَا تُوعَدُونَ

36. Far, very far is that which you are promised.

آیت: 37

إِنۡ هِيَ إِلَّا حَيَاتُنَا ٱلدُّنۡيَا نَمُوتُ وَنَحۡيَا وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَبۡعُوثِينَ

37. There is nothing but the life of this world; we die and we live 'but once', and we shall not be resurrected.

آیت: 38

إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبٗا وَمَا نَحۡنُ لَهُۥ بِمُؤۡمِنِينَ

38. He is only a man who has invented a lie against Allāh, and we are not going to believe in him."

آیت: 39

قَالَ رَبِّ ٱنصُرۡنِي بِمَا كَذَّبُونِ

39. 'Hud' said: "My Lord 'Allāh', help me because they deny me."

آیت: 40

قَالَ عَمَّا قَلِيلٖ لَّيُصۡبِحُنَّ نَٰدِمِينَ

40. Allāh said: "After a short while they will be regretful."

آیت: 41

فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلصَّيۡحَةُ بِٱلۡحَقِّ فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُمۡ غُثَآءٗۚ فَبُعۡدٗا لِّلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

41. So the 'mighty' blast seized them in justice, and We made them as stubble; so away with the unjust people.

آیت: 42

ثُمَّ أَنشَأۡنَا مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ قُرُونًا ءَاخَرِينَ

42. Then We raised after them other generations.
