Ibisobanuro by'amagambo Isura Al Humazat (Unegura) - ibisobanuro mu rurimi rw'icyongereza- hilal na khan - ububiko bwa qor'an yejejwe

Al-Humazah

Umurongo: 1

وَيۡلٞ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٖ لُّمَزَةٍ

 1. Woe to every slanderer and backbiter.^[1]

(V.104:1) See the footnotes A, B, C, of (V.49:12).

Umurongo: 2

ٱلَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالٗا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ

 2. Who has gathered wealth and counted it.

Umurongo: 3

يَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥٓ أَخۡلَدَهُۥ

 3. He thinks that his wealth will make him last forever!

Umurongo: 4

كَلَّاۖ لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِي ٱلۡحُطَمَةِ

 4. Nay! Verily, he will be thrown into the crushing Fire.

Umurongo: 5

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡحُطَمَةُ

 5. And what will make you know what the crushing Fire is?

Umurongo: 6

نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُوقَدَةُ

 6. The fire of Allâh kindled,

Umurongo: 7

ٱلَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةِ

 7. Which leaps up over the hearts,

Umurongo: 8

إِنَّهَا عَلَيۡهِم مُّؤۡصَدَةٞ

 8. Verily, it shall be closed upon them,

Umurongo: 9

فِي عَمَدٖ مُّمَدَّدَةِۭ

 9. In pillars stretched forth (i.e. they will be punished in the Fire with pillars).
