لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ
(196) Do not be deceived by the revelling[777] of those who Deny in the land;
[777] By the fact that the Deniers were living unchecked, enjoying complete freedom of movement and all that life has to offer (cf. Aya 178 above).
