7 : 2

خَتَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَعَلَىٰ سَمۡعِهِمۡۖ وَعَلَىٰٓ أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ غِشَٰوَةٞۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ

7. Allāh has sealed their hearts and their hearing, and over their eyes is a veil ^[7]. And for them is a tremendous punishment.

[7]. A veil preventing them from accepting the guidance, because of their arrogance and persistence in sin.
