تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ
2. These are Verses of the Wise Book [2].
[2]. I.e., the Qur’an, whose Verses are full of wisdom, fair rulings, and guidance to the Right Path.
