Ajeti: 240

وَٱلَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوۡنَ مِنكُمۡ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزۡوَٰجٗا وَصِيَّةٗ لِّأَزۡوَٰجِهِم مَّتَٰعًا إِلَى ٱلۡحَوۡلِ غَيۡرَ إِخۡرَاجٖۚ فَإِنۡ خَرَجۡنَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِي مَا فَعَلۡنَ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِنَّ مِن مَّعۡرُوفٖۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ

240. Those of you who die and leave wives behind, (make) a bequest in favor of their wives of maintenance for a year without driving (them) out (from their homes)93, but if they themselves go out, there is no blame on you for what they do of lawful deeds by themselves. Allāh is All-Mighty, All-Wise. 

93. This directive was abrogated by those later revealed in 2:234 and 4:12.
