وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَتَيۡنِ عَظِيمٍ
31. And they said: "Why is not this Qur’an sent down to a man, of the two towns, great [9]?
[9]. Of Makkah and Ta’if in Arabia, instead of revealing it upon Muhammad, the impoverished orphan.
