168 : 4

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَظَلَمُواْ لَمۡ يَكُنِ ٱللَّهُ لِيَغۡفِرَ لَهُمۡ وَلَا لِيَهۡدِيَهُمۡ طَرِيقًا

168. Indeed, those who persist in disbelief and act unjustly (by hindering people from Allah’s Way), Allah would not be (such) that He forgives for them and nor (He would be such) that He guides them onto any way;
