የይዘት ትርጉም አንቀጽ 180 ምዕራፍ አል-በቀራህ - የእንግሊዝኛ ትርጉም - ዐብደላህ ሐሰን ያዕቆብ - የቅዱስ ቁርዓን ማህደር

አንቀጽ: 180

كُتِبَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ إِن تَرَكَ خَيۡرًا ٱلۡوَصِيَّةُ لِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ

180. Leaving a legacy is ordained for you when death approaches one of you if he leaves wealth, he should bequeath it to his parents and relatives according to the law57. A duty (incumbent) upon the righteous58.

57. That is justly, not giving more than the allotted share of one-third.
58. This verse has been abrogated by the ‘inheritance’ verse, see Q. 4:11 and by the
saying of the Prophet: ‘Do not make testament for one [already] inheriting’.
