آية: 257

ٱللَّهُ وَلِيُّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يُخۡرِجُهُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَوۡلِيَآؤُهُمُ ٱلطَّٰغُوتُ يُخۡرِجُونَهُم مِّنَ ٱلنُّورِ إِلَى ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِۗ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

257. Allah is the Guardian of the believers, He brings them out from the darknesses into the light. As for those who deny (the Truth), their guardians are the devils who take them out of the light into darknesses87. These are the inmates of the Fire, they will abide therein forever.

87. When the Qur’an talks about darknesses usually it is referring to a sinful path. Allah is the light and Satan is darkness. Spiritually blind people are living in darknesses. They can’t understand the Qur’an or the Sunnah. They are blind and they can’t see that they’re on the path that leads to hell.
We must all seek the light, which is only found in the Qur’an and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad. We must all repent and trust in Allah.The darkness can never overcome the light. The light leads to eternal life and the darkness leads to eternal damnation.
