14 : 13

14. To Him alone belongs the call of the Truth. But those they call upon besides Allāh do not respond to them in any way, except like one who stretches out his hands towards water [from afar, calling at it] so it may reach his mouth, but it will never reach it [6]. For the prayers of the disbelievers are only in error. info

[6]. This comparison indicates that the false deities will never respond to them at all.

15 : 13

15. To Allāh prostrates whoever is in the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly, and so do their shadows, in the mornings and evenings. info

16. Say: “Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth?” Say: “Allāh.” Say: "Why then have you taken besides Him protectors [and masters] who possess no power even to benefit or harm themselves?” Say: “Are the blind and the seeing alike? Or can the darkness and the light be equal?” Or do they assign to Allāh partners who created a creation like His, so that the creation seemed alike to them? Say: “Allāh alone is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the All-Conquerin [7]." info

[7]. Muhammad, God's Messenger ﷺ said: 'It is a right upon Allāh that nothing is raised in this world except He lowers it.'
Every high thing must come down. Every stronghold of disbelievers shall be broken. Allāh is the only One true God and has no second. He is  the Victorious, the All-Conquering.
He is always fighting for us. Our delight is found in knowing that He is the Victorious.
He is our helper and defender. He is our protector and Savior. By His grace we live and breathe to worship Him alone. Allāh is the greatest. In His Name alone we will pray and bow down. O Allāh, we invoke you for help, and beg for your forgiveness, we believe in you and have trust in you, we praise you, in the best way we can; we thank you and we are not ungrateful to you, we forsake and turn away from the one who disobeys you. O Allāh, we worship and prostrate ourselves before you, we hasten towards you and serve you, we hope to receive your mercy and we dread your punishment. Surely, the disbelievers shall incur your torment. Let Allāh’s glory fill the universe. Let His power overflow. He sent us his messenger, Muhammad ﷺ, after Jesus, and revealed to him the Qur’an, which is the fullness of God's divine revelation and so there will be no more prophets giving public revelation after the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

17 : 13

17. He sends down water from the sky, and the valleys flow according to their measure. The torrent then carries upon its surface swelling foam; and likewise, from that which they melt in the fire to make ornaments or utensils, arises a foam similar to it. Thus Allāh sets forth [the example of] the Truth and falsehood: as for the foam, it passes away as scum; but that which benefits people remains in the earth. Thus does Allāh present examples for those who reflect [8]. info

[8]. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "The example of the guidance and knowledge with which Allāh has sent me is like abundant rain falling on the earth, some of which was fertile soil that absorbed rain water and brought forth vegetation and grass in abundance. (And) another portion of it was hard and held the rain water and Allāh benefited the people with it and they utilized it for drinking, making their animals drink from it and for irrigation of the land for cultivation. (And) a portion of it was barren which could neither hold the water nor bring forth vegetation (then that land gave no benefits). The first is the example of the person who comprehends Allah's religion, Islam, and gets benefit (from the knowledge) which Allāh has revealed through me (and learns and then teaches others). The last example is that of a person who does not care for it and does not take God's guidance revealed through me (He is like that barren land.)".

18. For those [believers] who responded to their Lord [9] is the best [reward]; but those who did not respond to Him [10] —if they possessed all that is in the earth, and the like thereof with it, they would surely offer it as ransom to redeem themselves. Those will have an evil reckoning, and their final abode is Hell. How wretched indeed is that resting place! info

[9]. I.e., believe in the Oneness of God and obey Him and His Messenger Muhammad ﷺ.
[10]. I.e., deny the Oneness of God and disobey Him and His Messenger ﷺ.
