59 : 8

وَلَا يَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَبَقُوٓاْۚ إِنَّهُمۡ لَا يُعۡجِزُونَ

59. And let not think those who disbelieve they have outstripped. Indeed, they will not cause failure (to Allāh).
