وَلَا يَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَبَقُوٓاْۚ إِنَّهُمۡ لَا يُعۡجِزُونَ
59. The disbelievers should think that they have outstripped. Indeed, they will not cause failure [to Allāh].
