لَّا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ فِيٓ ءَابَآئِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبۡنَآئِهِنَّ وَلَآ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبۡنَآءِ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ وَلَآ أَبۡنَآءِ أَخَوَٰتِهِنَّ وَلَا نِسَآئِهِنَّ وَلَا مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُهُنَّۗ وَٱتَّقِينَ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدًا
55. There is no blame on them (the women, if they do not veil, i.e., wear hijab) before their fathers28, or their sons, or their brothers, or their brother’s sons, or their sister’s sons, or their own women, or what their right hands possess. Fear Allāh and shun evil. Allāh is ever a Witness of all things.
28. Or their paternal uncles or maternal uncles.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِيِّۚ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمًا
56. Allāh bestows His Divine blessings (of praise, grace and mercy) upon the Prophet 'Muhammad' and the angels ask more blessings for him. O believers, ask 'Allāh' to bestow His Divine blessings on him, and greet him with a 'worthy' greeting29.
29. I.e., Asalamu Alaikum (peace be with you).

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ لَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٗا مُّهِينٗا
57. As for those who offend Allāh and His messenger, Allāh has cursed them in this world and in the Hereafter, and He has prepared for them a humiliating torment.

وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ بِغَيۡرِ مَا ٱكۡتَسَبُواْ فَقَدِ ٱحۡتَمَلُواْ بُهۡتَٰنٗا وَإِثۡمٗا مُّبِينٗا
58. As for those who abuse believing men and women30 undeservedly, they have certainly taken upon themselves slander and a manifest sin.
30. By physically harming them or falsely accusing them.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزۡوَٰجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يُدۡنِينَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ مِن جَلَٰبِيبِهِنَّۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَن يُعۡرَفۡنَ فَلَا يُؤۡذَيۡنَۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا
59. O Prophet, say to your wives and your daughters and the believing women that they draw their cloaks close round them31. This will be more proper, that they may be known32, and not to be harassed33. Allāh is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
31. Thus covering their bodies except for their faces and hands, according to a popular opinion. It was reported that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There are two types of the people of Hell that I have not seen yet: men with whips like the tails of cattle with which they strike the people 'for no legitimate reason, like the oppressive police or others' , and women who are clothed yet naked with something on their heads that looks like the humps of camels, walking with an enticing gait 'deviating from obedience to Allaah and from the commandment to guard their chastity, etc. moving their shoulders and teaching others to do what they do, trying to tempt men by means of showing their adornments, and lowering not their gaze in the presence of men, rather they will look directly at them.' These two types of people will never enter Paradise or even smell its fragrance, although its fragrance can be detected from such and such a distance.”
This statement of the Prophet Muhammad contains a stern warning against committing these two sins:
1-Oppressing the people and striking them unlawfully.
2-Women making a wanton display of themselves and showing their charms and not adhering to right dress code and noble manners.This is one of the miracles of Prophet Mohammad, for these two types of people have appeared, and they exist now.
32. As chaste believing women.
33. It was Umar Ibn Khattab may Allāh be pleased with him who initially wanted the free Muslim women to be veiled and he talked to prophet Muhammad several times about it. Later, during the incident of molestation of women in Medina, Allāh revealed the verses of veiling of the women.
Muhammad, God's Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Before you were nations with divinely inspired people. If such a person were in my nation, it would surely be Umar.”
This statement of the Prophet Muhammad contains a stern warning against committing these two sins:

۞ لَّئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ وَٱلۡمُرۡجِفُونَ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ لَنُغۡرِيَنَّكَ بِهِمۡ ثُمَّ لَا يُجَاوِرُونَكَ فِيهَآ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا
60. If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a sickness 'of lewdness' and the scaremongers in Al-Madinah 'the city of the Prophet' do not desist, We will give you authority over them, then they will not be your neighbors in it except for a short while.
