Translation of the meanings Ayah: (90) Surah: Al-Mā’idah
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡخَمۡرُ وَٱلۡمَيۡسِرُ وَٱلۡأَنصَابُ وَٱلۡأَزۡلَٰمُ رِجۡسٞ مِّنۡ عَمَلِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ فَٱجۡتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ! የሚያሰክር መጠጥ ቁማርም ጣዖታትም አዝላምም {1} ከሰይጣን ሥራ የኾኑ እርኩስ ብቻ ናቸው፡፡ (እርኩስን) ራቁትም ልትድኑ ይከጀላልና፡፡
{1} ካፊሮች አንድን ነገር ከማድረጋቸው በፊት ወይም ከሱ ከመታቀባቸው በፊት የምጥሉዋቸው እድል መፈለግያዎች ናቸው።
