الليل

Ayah: 1

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا يَغۡشَىٰ
يَغْشَى: يُغَطِّي بِظَلَامِهِ الأَرْضَ.

وَٱلنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّىٰ
تَجَلَّى: انْكَشَفَ بِضِيَائِهِ.

وَمَا خَلَقَ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰٓ

إِنَّ سَعۡيَكُمۡ لَشَتَّىٰ
لَشَتَّى: لَمُخْتَلِفٌ.

فَأَمَّا مَنۡ أَعۡطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ
أَعْطَى: بَذَلَ مَالَهُ مُتَصَدِّقًا.

وَصَدَّقَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ
بِالْحُسْنَى: بِالثَّوَابِ عَلَى أَعْمَالِهِ.

فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ لِلۡيُسۡرَىٰ
لِلْيُسْرَى: لِكُلِّ خَيْرٍ، وَسَعَادَةٍ.

وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ

فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ لِلۡعُسۡرَىٰ
لِلْعُسْرَى: لِكُلِّ عُسْرٍ، وَشَقَاوَةٍ.

وَمَا يُغۡنِي عَنۡهُ مَالُهُۥٓ إِذَا تَرَدَّىٰٓ
وَمَا يُغْنِي: لَا يَنْفَعُهُ.
تَرَدَّى: وَقَعَ فِي النَّارِ.

Ayah: 12

إِنَّ عَلَيۡنَا لَلۡهُدَىٰ
إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا لَلْهُدَى: عَلَيْنَا أَنْ نُبَيِّنَ طَرِيقَ الهُدَى؛ فَضْلًا مِنَّا وَرَحْمَةً.

وَإِنَّ لَنَا لَلۡأٓخِرَةَ وَٱلۡأُولَىٰ

فَأَنذَرۡتُكُمۡ نَارٗا تَلَظَّىٰ
تَلَظَّى: تَتَوَهَّجُ.

ٱلَّذِي كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ

وَسَيُجَنَّبُهَا ٱلۡأَتۡقَى
وَسَيُجَنَّبُهَا: سَيُبْعَدُ عَنْهَا.

ٱلَّذِي يُؤۡتِي مَالَهُۥ يَتَزَكَّىٰ

وَمَا لِأَحَدٍ عِندَهُۥ مِن نِّعۡمَةٖ تُجۡزَىٰٓ
تُجْزَى: تُكَافَأُ؛ فَلَيْسَ إِنْفَاقُهُ مُكَافَأَةً لِمَنْ أَحْسَنَ إِلَيْهِ.
