مَّنَّاعٍ لِّلْخَیْرِ مُعْتَدٍ مُّرِیْبِ ۟ۙ
প্ৰত্যেক সেই ব্যক্তিক নিক্ষেপ কৰা, যিয়ে আল্লাহে অনিবাৰ্য কৰা অধিকাৰসমূহ পূৰণ কৰাত বাধা দিছিল, আল্লাহে নিৰ্ধাৰিত কৰা সীমা অতিক্ৰম কৰিছিল, তেওঁ প্ৰদান কৰা সংবাদ যেনে- প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি অথবা সতৰ্কবাণীত সন্দেহ পোষণ কৰিছিল।
