Ayah: 41

وَلَمَنِ ٱنتَصَرَ بَعۡدَ ظُلۡمِهِۦ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ مَا عَلَيۡهِم مِّن سَبِيلٍ

Haqsızlığa məruz qaldıqdan sonra qisas alanlar, öz haqlarını aldıqlarına görə qınanmazlar.

Məşvərət etmənin İslamda olan yeri çox önəmlidir.

• جواز مؤاخذة الظالم بمثل ظلمه، والعفو خير من ذلك.

Zalımın etdiyi zülm qədər ona cəza vermək caizdir, lakin əfv etmək bundan xeyirlidir.
