رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ يُلۡقِي ٱلرُّوحَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوۡمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ

Yüksək dərəcələrin (yaxud dərəcələri yüksəldən) və Ərşin sahibi Odur. O, əmri ilə vəhyi qullarından istədiyinə nazil edir ki, (o, insanları) görüş günü ilə qorxutsun.
