هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ

Dirildən də, Öldürən də Odur. O, bir işə hökm verdikdə, ona ancaq: “Ol”– deyir, o da olur.
