Sura el-Mesed

Ayah: 1

تَبَّتۡ يَدَآ أَبِي لَهَبٖ وَتَبَّ
Neka propadnu ruke Ebu Lehebove, i propao je!

مَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ
Neće mu biti od koristi imetak njegov, a ni ono što je stekao,

سَيَصۡلَىٰ نَارٗا ذَاتَ لَهَبٖ
ući će on sigurno u vatru rasplamsalu,

وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلۡحَطَبِ
i žena njegova što drvlje nosi;

o vratu njenu bit će uže od ličine usukane!"
