Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
1.难道我没有为你开阔胸襟吗？

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
2.我卸下了你的重担，

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
3.它使你负荷沉重。
