إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَٰنًا عَرَبِيّٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ

چون ما آن را قرآن )خواندنی و( به زبان عربی نازل کردیم تا (مفهوم آن را) درک کنید.
