Translation of the meanings Ayah: (87) Surah: Hūd
قَالُواْ يَٰشُعَيۡبُ أَصَلَوٰتُكَ تَأۡمُرُكَ أَن نَّتۡرُكَ مَا يَعۡبُدُ ءَابَآؤُنَآ أَوۡ أَن نَّفۡعَلَ فِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِنَا مَا نَشَٰٓؤُاْۖ إِنَّكَ لَأَنتَ ٱلۡحَلِيمُ ٱلرَّشِيدُ
87. Zij zeiden: “O Shoe’aib! Beveelt jou gebed zo dat je ons beveelt de aanbidding die onze voorvaderen plachten te verrichten na te laten, of dat wij stoppen met onze weelde te doen wat wij willen? Waarlijk jij bent vasthoudend, rechtgeleid.”
