Translation of the meanings Ayah: (79) Surah: Al-Isrā’
وَمِنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ فَتَهَجَّدۡ بِهِۦ نَافِلَةٗ لَّكَ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَبۡعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامٗا مَّحۡمُودٗا
79. (Ontwaak uit je slaap) En verricht het gebed tijdens delen van de nacht (dit heet Qiyaam Al-Layl) zodat dit (als) extra daden voor jou (kan worden genoteerd). (Want o Mohammed), wellicht zal jouw Heer jouw (hierdoor op de Dag der opstanding) in status zal verheffen.
