Translation of the meanings Ayah: (170) Surah: Al-Baqarah
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱتَّبِعُواْ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ قَالُواْ بَلۡ نَتَّبِعُ مَآ أَلۡفَيۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ ءَابَآءَنَآۚ أَوَلَوۡ كَانَ ءَابَآؤُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ
170. Als er tegen hen gezegd wordt: “Volg wat Allah naar beneden heeft gezonden.” Zeggen zij: “Nee! Wij zullen volgen wat onze vaders gevolgd hebben.” Zelfs als hun vaders van niets verstand hadden en niet geleid waren?
