Translation of the meanings Ayah: (243) Surah: Al-Baqarah
۞ أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ خَرَجُواْ مِن دِيَٰرِهِمۡ وَهُمۡ أُلُوفٌ حَذَرَ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مُوتُواْ ثُمَّ أَحۡيَٰهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَذُو فَضۡلٍ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَشۡكُرُونَ
243. Heb jij niet gedacht over degenen die uit hun huizen wegetrokken zijn met duizenden tegelijk, de dood vrezend? Allah zei tegen hen: “Sterf”. En toen bracht Hij hen weer tot leven. Waarlijk, Allah is vol gaven voor de mensheid, maar de meeste mensen bedanken niet.
