Translation of the meanings Ayah: (58) Surah: Al-Qasas
وَكَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةِۭ بَطِرَتۡ مَعِيشَتَهَاۖ فَتِلۡكَ مَسَٰكِنُهُمۡ لَمۡ تُسۡكَن مِّنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗاۖ وَكُنَّا نَحۡنُ ٱلۡوَٰرِثِينَ
58. En hoeveel steden hebben Wij vernietigd, die ondankbaar waren voor de middelen van levensonderhoud! En dat zijn hun woonplaatsen waarin na hen nog maar weinig mensen woonden. En waarlijk! En wij waren de erfgenamen.
