Translation of the meanings Ayah: (72) Surah: Al-Ahzāb
إِنَّا عَرَضۡنَا ٱلۡأَمَانَةَ عَلَى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلۡجِبَالِ فَأَبَيۡنَ أَن يَحۡمِلۡنَهَا وَأَشۡفَقۡنَ مِنۡهَا وَحَمَلَهَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ ظَلُومٗا جَهُولٗا
72. Waarlijk. Wij hebben de godsdienstige verplichtingen aan de hemelen en de aarde en de bergen aangeboden, maar zij hebben het afgewezen (uit vrees en grootheid voor Allah) en waren daar bang voor (dat ze het niet kunnen dragen). Maar de mens droeg het. Waarlijk, Hij was onrechtvaardig en onwetend.
