Translation of the meanings Ayah: (24) Surah: Al-Ahqāf
فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡهُ عَارِضٗا مُّسۡتَقۡبِلَ أَوۡدِيَتِهِمۡ قَالُواْ هَٰذَا عَارِضٞ مُّمۡطِرُنَاۚ بَلۡ هُوَ مَا ٱسۡتَعۡجَلۡتُم بِهِۦۖ رِيحٞ فِيهَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ
24. Toen, wanneer zij het als een zachte wolk zagen die naar hun dalen kwam, zeiden zei: “Dit is een wolk die regen brengt!” Welnee, maar dit is datgene (de bestraffing) waarvan jullie hebben gevraagd om haar te bespoedigen! – een wind met daarin een pijnlijke bestraffing!
