Ayah: 38

ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةٗ فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ

then he became a clinging clot^[11], then He created him and perfected his form,

[11] "‘Alaqah": an embryo that resembles a leech.
